Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any transaction. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed below you may not go ahead with the sale/purchase

Contract Formation

Vogue motor group ltd intends that all of the terms of contract are contained within the Vehicle Order document. This document details the various sections of the vehicle purchase, including details of the vehicle itself, the part exchange should there be one and the terms by which payment can be made.

An example of the Vehicle Order form can be obtained by written request to the address given below.

Product Availability

Vogue motor group ltd uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the cars shown on our website are available but cannot guarantee that any of the vehicles displayed on our site are still available.

Vogue motor group ltd has made every effort to present the true likeness of the vehicle specifications on our site. However, variants to this may occur due to the continuously changing nature of our sales, and we reserve the right to amend or remove vehicle specifications or entire descriptions without notice including mileage spec and mot information.

Product prices should be correct at the time the information is entered. Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or changed as a result of circumstances beyond Vogue motor group ltd control. Alternatively Vogue motor group ltd reserve the right to change or amend any price without prior notice.

Ownership Deposits

Until which time all monies owing under a Vehicle Order contract have been paid in full (subject to clearance where appropriate) title to the goods shall remain with Vogue motor group ltd.

Deposits

Telephone deposits are fully refundable under the laws of long distance selling however once a deposit has been taken onsite after successful inspection the deposit is non- refundable

Product Warranties

Vogue motor group ltd l is not legally obliged to provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold it's a statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation. Vogue motor group ltd will take all steps necessary to pass to you the benefit of any transferable warranty originally given by the Manufacturer of the vehicle however it is down to them to uphold the warranty not us. In cases where a warranty has been offered or included this will have common exclusions a booklet and policy information will be handed over at the point of sale.

Pre delivery inspection

Vogue motor group ltd carry out a full pre delivery inspection on all vehicles however in instances where the vehicle has had a new mot through ourselves then it may not be deemed necessary to carry this out. A copy of the pdi report will be made available at or before the point of sale and it is the consumer responsibility to check and sign. Vogue motor group ltd will not be responsible for any complaints which were already highlighted on the pdi report at a later date. All service mot and warranty information must be checked and confirmed at the point of sale and Vogue motor group ltd will only fulfil what has been put in the sales contract. Locking wheel nuts book packs spare keys must be checked at point of vehicle handover any missing items must be reported at this point failure to do so could result in vogue motor group not being held liable.

Return of vehicle cancellation of sale

In the event a vehicle is returned and the sale is cancelled please note that in instances where a part exchange was part of the deal Vogue motor group ltd will only refund the value of the part exchange and not necessary the vehicle itself as that would now be the property of Vogue motor group ltd

Maintenance/servicing

Vogue motor group ltd does not make any claims to service all vehicles, the service of a vehicle will be carried out on its own merit and the information will be disclosed at the point of sale a standard service will only consist of an oil and filter change in some cases we may of carried out a full service but customers are advised to have this clarified at the point of sale. In cases where a service has been agreed as part of the sale then this will be documented in the sales invoice accordingly.

Vogue motor group ltd are only legally obliged to comply with the legal requirement for tyres and brakes again as the consumer you are responsible to check these items and change them in due course wherever necessary.

Vogue motor group can not be held liable for any defects on the vehicle which were made apparent at the point of sale in cases where the timing belt/chain may need to be changed the burden is with the consumer to arrange to have this work carried out at their own expense vogue motor group will not be liable for any damage caused in failing to do this.

Data Protection

Vogue motor group ltd l will not pass on your details to any third party without your written consent, in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

After sales process

in the event there is an issue with your vehicle within the first 30 days the burden of proof lies with the consumer to prove that the fault was there at the point of sale this must be done by having the vehicle diagnosed and the report must be emailed to us.

Vogue motor group ltd after receiving the report you must allow up to 48 hours for us to process the complaint. In line with the consumer legislation law 2015 Vogue motor group ltd will not be responsible for any repairs unless it can be determined there was an pre existing fault with the sold vehicle if this can not be confirmed then it is left to the discretion of the dealership to provide further assistance and do not have a legal obligation as per consumer legislation law 2015. After the 30 days have exceeded the burden of proof than lies with Vogue motor group ltd in which cases the vehicle must be brought back to the dealership at the consumers cost and arrangements will be carried out to determine if there was a pre existing fault once again if this can not be confirmed Vogue motor group ltd reserve the right to reject any claims for a repair and it will be only at their discretion if any assistance is to be offered and will not be legally obliged as per consumer legislation law.

In instances where the vehicle is not safe/fit to drive to our dealership you will be required to arrange recovery at your own expense.
